Happy Monday loves! Who wouldn’t like to start their week with some happy hour?! El Centro has a bomb happy hour with $5 Margaritas from 5-7 EVERY DAY and $2 Tacos all day on Taco Tuesday among other specials.

El Centro is a cool, laid back restaurant with a rather large rooftop. I’ve been here for Cinco de Mayo. They retract the roof and it is A LOT of fun! 

El Centro is definitely more on the Tex Mex side as opposed to traditional Mexican food. Most of their food is tasty, but nothing to really write home about. It also has more of a commercial feel than some of my other Mexican restaurants like El Chucho and Taqueria Habanero. In all honestly, I come here more for the the drinks, than the food. I do enjoy their tabletop guacamole that will run you about $10.55, but can easily serve 3-4 people. You can order it in different levels of spiciness. Yum!
